The cornerstone of my work at the firm is providing legal counsel and representing our clients in business law and corporate law, private building law and real estate law, and inheritance law.
I am also a qualified mediator. In this regard, my main areas of interest are mediation in cases of inheritance law and company succession. In mediation, I work together with clients to create a space in which all parties can contribute their views and interests in a constructive manner in order to find a solution that is viable for all parties.
My experience as a lawyer and mediator enables me to resolve conflicts both in court proceedings and through mediation. With either approach, I attach great importance to communicating in a transparent manner and providing tailored legal advice that takes your specific needs into account. What’s more, I take a holistic approach to my work, intermeshing the legal, financial and interpersonal aspects.
