I advise and represent our clients in both individual labour law and collective labour law. I specialise in drafting contracts under labour law, representing clients in labour law disputes, as well as service contract law and constitutional law for commerce in Germany.
In addition to labour law, I also work with cases involving trademark law. This includes representing clients in disputes involving trademarks and advising on and assisting with the applications for trademarks at national and international level. It is always recommended to conduct a comprehensive trademark search before registering a new one. I would be happy to take on this task for our clients as well.
One aspect of my job that I particularly enjoy is finding the best possible solution to legal issues for each client. My aim is always to develop a strategy of action tailored to the specific interests of my clients. I would be more than happy to advise you in English and Spanish as well.
